Other financing can come from fundraising. There are some drug addiction rehab facilities that are supported by peer support groups, and don’t charge the participants anything. Then there are some drug rehab programs that are funded by donations or tax dollars, and cost the participants nothing at all.

Of course, there are also the drug addiction rehab programs that must be paid for out of pocket by the individual. Many times, drug rehab programs like this tend to be the type that encourage longer, extended stays of the patients and offer more support and counseling than that of other programs. A lot of these types of drug rehabs are privately owned, making them ineligible to receive medical insurance coverage.
